    GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements, it is used as a low-voltage complete set of power distribution equipment for power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and a rated current of 4000A or less.

    Main structure
    • The main frame adopts 8MF type open section steel. The two sides of the section steel have mounting holes with modules of 20mm and 100mm and 9.2mm in the center respectively. The internal installation is flexible and convenient;
    • There are two main frame assembly styles designed, fully assembled structure and partial (side frame and beam) welded structure for users to choose from;
    • Each functional room of the device is isolated from each other, and its compartments are divided into functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent;
    • Bingping's main busbar adopts a flat arrangement behind the cabinet to enhance the busbar's ability to resist electrodynamic forces, which is a basic measure to enable the main circuit of the device to have high short-circuit strength capability;
    • The cable compartment is designed to allow easy cable entry and exit.

     

    Functional unit
    • The module of drawer height is 160mm. It is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 unit, 3 unit. The unit circuit rated current is 400A and below.
    • The drawer changes only in the height dimension, and its width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability.
    • Each MCC cabinet can install up to 11-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. More than one unit of drawers adopts a multi-functional back panel.
    • Drawer inlet and outlet wires use different numbers of plug-ins of the same specification and chip structure according to the current size.
    (The connection between the drawer of the D 1/2 unit and the cable room adopts the ZJ-2 type adapter with a backplate structure.
    • The connection between the unit drawer and the cable room adopts the same size rod type or tube type ZJ-1 type adapter according to the current classification.
    • Drawer units are equipped with mechanical interlocking devices.

     

    Main electrical components
    The selection principle of the main electrical components is based on the imported technology, which can be produced in series in China and can meet the high performance requirements of the device.
    • The main choice for power supply and feeder unit circuit breakers is the AH series. You can also choose other M series produced by Schneider Company and F series produced by ABB Company with more advanced performance. AH type circuit breaker has the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, light weight and strong serialization. The price is relatively low, easy to maintain and use, and various performance indicators can meet the requirements of this device.
    • The circuit breakers of the drawer unit (motor control unit and some feed units) are mainly CM1, TG and TM30 series plastic case circuit breakers, and some are NZM-100A series produced by MOELLER. These switches have the characteristics of good performance, compact structure, short or no flashover, and high technical and economic indicators, and can meet the requirements of this device.
    • For isolating switches and fuse-type isolating switches, choose Q series. This series has high reliability, strong breaking capacity and can realize mechanical interlocking.
    • The main choice for fuses is NT series.
    • Select B series and LC1-D series for AC contactor.

     

    Device features
    • Increase the heat capacity of the adapter and significantly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the adapter to the connector, cable head, and partition plate;
    • The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, and the failure of one unit will not affect the work of other units, so that the failure is limited to the minimum scope:
    • The flat arrangement of the busbars ensures good dynamic and thermal stability of the device and can withstand the impact of 80/176kA short-circuit current;
    • The number of circuits in a single MCC cabinet is up to 22, fully considering the needs of automated electric door (machine) groups in large single machine capacity power generation, petrochemical systems and other industries;
    • The connection between the device and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, and the cables can be entered and exited up and down; the current transformer is installed in the cable compartment, making installation and maintenance convenient;
    • In the same power distribution system, the short-circuit current can be limited by matching current-limiting reactors, the bus voltage can be stabilized at a certain value, and the requirements for the short-circuit strength of components can also be partially reduced;
    • The drawer unit has a sufficient number of secondary connectors (32 pairs for 1 unit and above, 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements for the number of computer interface and automatic control loop docking points.

     

    Auxiliary circuit
    The design of the auxiliary circuit diagram complies with the "Technical Regulations on Electricity Design for Thermal Power Plants" and other relevant design technical regulations. It is suitable for low-voltage power supply systems in power plants and substations, as well as low-voltage power distribution systems in factories, mines, and high-rise buildings.
    The auxiliary circuit scheme is designed based on the main circuit scheme and is divided into functional units for power incoming line, feeder (PC) and motor feeder (MCC) operation control.
