Of course, the manufacturer can also replace the aluminum busbar with a copper busbar with the same current carrying capacity according to the user's requirements.

In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the GGD cabinet uses ZMJ type combined busbar clamps and insulation supports. The busbar clamp is thermoplastic molded from high-strength, high-flame-retardant PPO alloy material with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block-type interval block. The insulation support is a simple molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.Structural features
The cabinet of the GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet. The frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-bent steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production plant to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20-module mounting holes. The high universal coefficient allows the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the production and manufacturing cycle, but also improves work efficiency.
The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
In accordance with the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous, with a new look.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber strip is embedded in the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.
The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws. The whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
The cabinet body is painted with polyester orange-shaped baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte, which avoids the glare effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20-- IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
