    Structural features
    • The XGN2-12(Z) switch cabinet is a metal-enclosed box-type structure. The cabinet frame is welded by angle steel. The cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, instrument room, etc., and the rooms are separated by steel plates.
    • The circuit breaker room is in the front lower part of the cabinet. The rotation of the circuit breaker is connected by a pull rod and an operating mechanism. The upper terminal of the circuit breaker is connected to the upper disconnector, and the lower terminal of the circuit breaker is connected to the current transformer. The current transformer is connected to the terminal of the lower disconnector. The circuit breaker room is also equipped with a pressure release channel. If an internal arc occurs, the gas can release the pressure through the exhaust channel. Control equipment, and DLT402, DUT404 standards, meet the "five-protection" locking requirements.
    • The busbar room is in the upper back of the cabinet. In order to reduce the height of the cabinet, the busbars are arranged in a herringbone shape and supported by porcelain insulators with a bending strength of 7350N. The busbars are connected to the upper disconnector terminals, and the busbar rooms of adjacent cabinets can be isolated.
    • The cable room is at the rear of the lower part of the cabinet. The cable room supports insulators and can be equipped with voltage monitoring devices. The cables are fixed on the brackets. When the main connection is a communication scheme, this room is the communication cable room. The relay room is at the front of the upper part of the cabinet. Various relays can be installed on the indoor mounting plate. There are terminal block brackets in the room. Secondary components such as indicating instruments and signal components can be installed on the door. Secondary small busbars can also be arranged on the top.
    • The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is installed on the left side of the front, and the operation and interlocking mechanism of the disconnector is above it. The switch cabinet is double-sided maintenance. The secondary components of the relay room, the operating mechanism, mechanical interlocking and transmission parts, and the circuit breaker are inspected from the front. The main busbar and cable terminal are repaired from the back, and a lighting lamp is installed in the circuit breaker room. A grounding copper busbar parallel to the cabinet width is provided below the front door, and its cross-section is: 3 x 30mm.
    • Mechanical interlock: To prevent disconnection and closing of isolating switches under load, prevent accidental opening and closing of circuit breakers, prevent accidental entry into live compartments, prevent closing of grounding switches under power, and prevent accidental closing of circuit breakers in the closed position of grounding switches, the switch cabinet is equipped with corresponding reliable mechanical interlocks to ensure safe operation.
