This ring network cabinet is equipped with FZRN25 and FZRN21 vacuum load switches. The operating mechanism is a spring mechanism, which can be operated manually or electrically. The grounding switch and isolating knife are equipped with a manual operating mechanism. This ring network cabinet has strong completeness, small size, no combustion and explosion hazards, and also has reliable "five protection" functions.

Installation, storage and acceptance
Use and troubleshooting
• Packaging, storage and transportation
• The ring main unit is packed in a single wooden box when it leaves the factory. Overturning, inversion and severe vibration are not allowed during storage and transportation. Direct pushing and pulling on the ground is not allowed when moving; when there is no lifting device, a cylinder can be placed under the sleepers of the packaging box to slide it to the installation position.
• Prevent the cabinet from rain and moisture.
0 The ring main unit should be placed in a well-ventilated place that can prevent the invasion of various harmful gases. It is strictly forbidden to store it in the same warehouse with chemicals, acids and alkalis.
• Acceptance
• Check whether the packaging is damaged before unpacking, and pay attention to protecting the product when unpacking. Perform an appearance inspection of the cabinet; at the same time, check whether the components in the cabinet are damaged and whether the accessories are consistent with the packing list.
• Check whether the random documents are safe.

• When installing, place the ring network cabinet on the installation foundation, arrange it neatly, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.
• When installing the main bus, open the bus room for installation, and the contact surface of the bus should be flat and free of dirt.
• The grounding of the ring network cabinet should be reliably grounded, and the grounding loop should be checked.
• During commissioning, debug according to the manual of the ring network cabinet and the manual of each component in the cabinet.
• After installation and commissioning, operate each switch element and anti-misoperation mechanism 5 times. If no abnormal phenomenon is found, it is considered that the switch mechanical operation is correct.Use and troubleshooting
• Inspection before power supply
• Before power supply, the ring network cabinet comprehensively checks the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of all components in the cabinet. It can be put into operation only when everything is normal.
• Normal operating state
• In normal operation, whether it is the incoming cabinet or the outgoing cabinet, the load switch should be in the closed position, the grounding knife should be in the open position, and the cabinet body should be closed and locked.
• Fault handling
• When the incoming cabinet is under fault maintenance, the incoming power supply should be cut off first, the load switch should be disconnected, and the live display on the cabinet should be checked at the same time. After confirmation, the grounding knife should be closed and the door should be opened for maintenance.
• When the outgoing cabinet is under fault maintenance, the load switch in the cabinet should be disconnected first, the grounding knife should be closed, and the front door should be opened for maintenance. At this time, the main busbar is in a live state.Maintenance and overhaul
• The ring network cabinet needs maintenance and overhaul in the following cases;
• Check the insulation level of the product after 5 years of operation;
• After the load switch is opened and closed 100 times, the main circuit resistance, load switch power, static contact and auxiliary contact should be checked.
• In general, the ring network cabinet should be maintained and overhauled after power failure.
