Calculation method of iron loss and copper loss of power transformer

1. Regarding the power consumed by iron loss (no-load loss of transformer), whether you are carrying load or not, as long as the transformer is connected to the grid, it consumes power 24 hours a day.
2. Regarding the power consumed by copper loss (load loss of transformer), you will be charged as much as you use.
3. At present, there are two ways for the power supply department to collect electricity fees: 1) Some places still use the old method. The basic electricity fee of the transformer (the cost of no-load loss) is charged to you monthly according to the capacity of the transformer. Add the electricity consumption of your electric meter and other expenses. Charge you once a month. You just need to share it evenly. 2) Some places measure at the high voltage side of the transformer and do not charge the basic electricity fee. They measure both iron loss and copper loss (no-load and load loss of the transformer).
4. The iron loss (no-load loss) and copper loss (load loss) of the transformer at rated capacity are printed on the nameplate of the transformer. You can refer to it.
5. How the transformer itself calculates its iron loss or copper loss, the transformer factory has its own set of mature methods. Each type of transformer is different, combined with the factory's own equipment and processing methods.
