Overview
SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-filled cabinet has obtained the type test report from the National High Voltage Electrical Equipment Test Center and has been listed as a high-tech product in Zhejiang Province. It is widely used in 12KV/24KV power distribution systems and is the preferred switch product for various types of urban and rural user power distribution systems. The switch cabinet is a modular unit mode and can be combined according to different uses: it consists of two major categories: fixed unit combination and expandable unit, which meets the needs of various substations for flexible use of compact switch cabinets.
SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-filled cabinet is a completely sealed system with all live parts and switches enclosed in a stainless steel housing. The entire switch device is not affected by external environmental conditions, thereby ensuring operational reliability and personal safety, and achieving maintenance-free. By selecting an expandable busbar, any combination can be achieved to achieve full modularization. The safe insulation and shielding of the extended busbar ensures high reliability and safety.
SRM16-12 gas-filled switch cabinet can also provide TV-based automation solutions, forming the concept of intelligent switches, and minimizing the workload of on-site installation and commissioning.
The SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-filled cabinet is divided into non-expandable standard configuration and expandable standard configuration. Due to the combination of full modules and half modules and its own expandability, it has extremely special flexibility.

Main features
SRM16-12 fully insulated gas-filled cabinet uses SF6 gas as arc extinguishing and insulating medium.
The switch cabinet is a fully sealed and fully insulated structure; the busbar, switch and live parts are completely enclosed in a stainless steel shell. The cavity is filled with (0.045MPa) SF6 gas, and the protection level reaches IP67; the entire switch device
is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, and the normal operation of the switch can be guaranteed even in extreme conditions such as short-term water immersion, and the product is maintenance-free for life.
The switch cabinet has a complete "five-proof" interlocking device to completely eliminate personnel and equipment operation failures that may be caused by human misoperation.
All switch cabinets have reliable safety pressure relief channels to ensure the personal safety of operators even in extreme conditions.
