Overview
XL-21 power box is widely used in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. It is used for power or lighting distribution in three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire and other distribution systems with three-phase AC below 500V. It is installed against the wall indoors, operated and repaired in front of the screen; the box body is a fully enclosed structure, and a new type of rotary load isolation switch is used in the box, which can be operated with load. The front door is equipped with voltage and current indicator instruments, signal lights, buttons, transfer switches and other main command components. This distribution box uses self-designed new components with compact structure, beautiful shape, easy maintenance, and a variety of wiring schemes for users to choose.

Use environment
• The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40°C, not lower than -5°C, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35°C;
• For indoor use, the altitude of the use location is ≤2000m;
• The relative temperature of the ambient air is not more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40°C; at lower temperatures, a larger relative humidity is allowed, +20°C is 90%, and the influence of condensation that may be accidentally generated due to temperature changes should be considered;
• If the user has special requirements, they can be negotiated with the manufacturer.
Main features
The low-voltage power distribution cabinet is closed, and the outer shell is pressed with steel plates. The knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the front right column, which can be used to switch the power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the busbar. There is a door in front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is exposed for easy inspection and maintenance. This distribution box adopts domestically designed components, which has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient inspection and maintenance, and flexible combination of line schemes. In addition to air circuit breakers and fuses as short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the box can be equipped with operating buttons and indicator lights.
