Working Principle
• The two mains of the DC panel are input into one AC through the dual-channel AC switching device to supply power to each charging module. The DC panel charging module converts the input three-phase and one single-phase AC into DC power to charge the battery and supply power to the closing load at the same time. In addition, the closing bus supplies power to the control bus through the step-down device. When the mains power is off or abnormal, the battery discharges for emergency power supply;
• Each basic monitoring unit in the DC panel system is managed and controlled by the main monitoring, and the information collected by each basic monitoring unit is sent to the main monitoring system through the communication line. The main monitoring displays various information of the DC system, and the user can also touch the display screen to query information and operate, and the system information can also be connected to the remote monitoring system.
• In addition to basic AC monitoring, DC monitoring, and switch monitoring, the DC panel can also be configured with insulation monitoring and battery inspection functions to comprehensively monitor the DC system.

• This product complies with DLT5044-2004 Technical Specifications for Design of DC System for Power Engineering.
• Modular design of switching power supply is adopted, and N+1 hot backup is provided.
• The charging module can be hot-swapped with power on, and the average maintenance time is greatly reduced.
• The power bus and control bus can be directly powered by the charging module alone, and hot backup can be provided through the step-down device.
• Reliable lightning protection and electrical insulation measures, the optional insulation monitoring device can monitor the insulation of the system in real time to ensure the safety of the system and personnel.
• The monitoring module adopts a large-screen LCD Chinese character display and sound and light alarm.
• The parameters of each part of the system can be set through the monitoring module. The module has the function of smoothly adjusting the output voltage and current, and has the function of battery charging temperature compensation.
• Modern power electronics is combined with computer network technology to provide support for "telemetry, remote control, remote communication, and remote adjustment" of the power supply system, realizing unattended operation.
