The requirements for the rectification of the road occupation and landscape of box-type substations are becoming more and more commercial.
YBD pre-installed underground box-type transformers are our company's advocacy of green electricity and optimization of the urban environment. We learn from foreign advanced technologies, integrate modern urban ecological design concepts, and gradually install transformers underground.
Our company uses advanced technology to carefully create a new generation of underground power distribution equipment-pre-installed underground box-type transformers. This product consists of an underground combination transformer, an outdoor low-voltage cabinet, a light box low-voltage protective shell and a prefabricated underground combination transformer foundation. It is a complete set of underground power distribution equipment pre-assembled in the factory. It can also add light box cable branch boxes and light box high-voltage meters according to user needs to provide a complete solution for 10kV power distribution. The pre-installed underground box-type transformers provided provide a new and reliable technical equipment for the underground transformation of urban power grids. Under environmental restrictions, it is a favorable condition for the transformation of power grids in areas with tight land and housing. It is mainly used to replace traditional civil engineering substations, European box-type transformers, and American box-type transformers to realize new power products with substation and distribution functions.

Conditions of use
• Altitude: not more than 1000m;
• Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40°C; minimum temperature -45°C; maximum monthly average temperature +30°C; maximum annual average temperature +20°C;
• Installation environment: no explosive, corrosive liquids, gases and dust, no severe vibration and shock at the installation site, and it is allowed to be partially or completely immersed in water for a certain period of time;
• Ground acceleration Ag caused by earthquake; horizontal direction is less than 3m/s; vertical direction is less than 1.5m/s;
• Power supply voltage waveform: approximate to sine wave;
• Three-phase power supply symmetry: for three-phase underground transformers, the three-phase power supply voltage should be roughly symmetrical.

Product Features
• The underground box transformer has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, waterproof, low temperature rise, low noise, easy installation and maintenance-free; it is a typical energy-saving product.
• The oil tank is made of low-alloy structural steel, and its comprehensive mechanical properties, welding properties and low-temperature toughness are very good. The box body adopts hot zinc spraying technology and is supplemented by plastic spraying, which has strong corrosion resistance.
• The fully sealed structure is adopted, and the exposed parts of the high and low voltage terminals are isolated from the environment by imported sealing and waterproof materials. When the local buried transformer is installed, it is placed in the pit. When the pit is flooded or even submerged, the buried transformer can still operate safely, resist floods and waterlogging, and effectively improve the reliability of the power supply system.
• The unique heat sink structure is adopted to ensure the heat dissipation and rust prevention capabilities of the heat sink.
• The protective shell of the low-voltage cabinet adopts a patented outdoor light box protective shell. All-weather advertising boards can be installed on both sides of the light box shell, and small, green and energy-saving LED light-emitting components are used.
• The foundation of the underground transformer is a prefabricated structure, which can be flexibly prefabricated with different materials according to customer requirements.
