XGN-12(Z) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical complete set products of our company, which meets the requirements of national standard GB3906 "-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and Ministry of Electric Power DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear", and also meets the international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kV".

Overview

XGN-12(Z) box-type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new generation of high-voltage electrical complete set products of our company, which meets the requirements of national standard GB3906 "-35kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear" and Ministry of Electric Power DLT404 "Technical Conditions for Ordering Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgear", and also meets the international standard IEC60298 "Requirements for AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment above 1kV and below 52kV".
This product absorbs advanced foreign technology. It is small in size, only 50% of the volume of ordinary switch cabinets. The circuit breaker has high reliability and good performance; the "five-protection" interlocking mechanism is reliable and simple. The switch cabinet is an indoor complete set of 3.6, 7.2, 12kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar segmented equipment for receiving and distributing electric energy. It also has the functions of controlling, protecting and monitoring the circuit, and can be used in various types of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and other places. It can also be combined with ring network cabinets for use in switchgear.

Main features
• The cabinet is welded with high-quality angle steel;
• The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is easy to install, debug and maintain. It is equipped with VS1 circuit breaker as standard and is equipped with a pressure release channel to ensure personal safety
• It adopts advanced and reliable rotary isolating switch, which can safely enter the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is energized;
• The protection level of the whole cabinet is IP2X;
• It is equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, which can easily and effectively meet the "five protection" requirements;

Installation
• Refer to the figure below for the installation foundation. The foundation channel steel protrudes 1-3mm from the ground. The unevenness within each meter should not exceed 1.5m and the total length should not exceed 5mm.
• Place the switch cabinet on the foundation in order and adjust the installation position. Then fix it with M12 bolts or spot welding, and tighten the cabinets with M8 bolts.
• Remove the rear cover to install the main busbar and secondary cable. The terminal contact surface should be cleaned and coated with neutral vaseline. After installation, make sure to seal the primary cable hole.
• Connect the inter-cabinet grounding busbar to form a body along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinet. Check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are missing, whether the grounding loop is continuously conductive, and the working grounding resistance should be no more than 1000µΩ, and the protective grounding resistance should be no more than 40.
• Install the secondary cable. The cable is introduced from the bottom of the front of the cabinet, enters the low-voltage room along the side wall, and is tapped on the terminal block; or introduced from the secondary busbar on the top of the cabinet into the low-voltage room, and the cable hole is sealed after installation.
• Clean the dust and debris in the cabinet.
