The SZ13 on-load voltage regulating transformer is a new product independently developed by our company. This product is a new technology and energy-saving distribution transformer. It has two rated capacities, large and small, and the two rated capacity operating modes can be automatically switched. It solves the problem of The seasonal load changes of the 10kV distribution network are relatively large, resulting in large transformer losses. It overcomes the operation and maintenance problems caused by manual capacity adjustment of unloaded capacity transformers after power outages. The use of SZ13 type on-load voltage regulation is compared with two SZ13 type primary and secondary transformers. First of all, the cost of equipment purchase and installation is reduced, and the floor space is reduced, and the operation and maintenance workload of the short-circuit switch during construction is significantly reduced. At the same time, compared with the SZ13 ordinary transformer, the no-load loss of the SZ13 type on-load voltage regulating transformer is reduced by more than 50%. In addition to being suitable for rural power grids with relatively large seasonal load changes, it is also suitable for some urban commercial areas, development zones, industrial areas, radio stations, oil fields, etc. that have significant day and night load changes.

High-quality materials

Fully sealed
◆The M in S11M)R indicates that the oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure. Compared with ordinary oil-immersed transformers, the fully sealed distribution transformer has eliminated the oil storage cabinet. The corrugated fins of the oil tank replace the oil pipe as a cooling and heat dissipation element. The corrugated oil tank is made of high-quality cold-rolled thin plates on a dedicated production line. The corrugated fins can expand and contract the transformer oil, thereby isolating the transformer from the atmosphere, preventing and slowing down oil degradation and insulation moisture, enhancing operational reliability, and normal operation without maintenance.
◆The surface of the corrugated oil tank is degreased, derusted, and phosphated before being coated with three-proof paint, which is suitable for use in metallurgy, petrochemical, mining and other environments.
