Our company's photovoltaic power generation prefabricated substation product is a new type of boosting equipment developed and launched in response to the special requirements of photovoltaic power generation. It is a special power equipment that integrates boosting transformers, photovoltaic current limiting fuses, load switches, low-voltage switch cabinets and corresponding auxiliary equipment. After the 315V (270V, 300V, 400V) voltage emitted by the photovoltaic power generation group is increased to 35KV, the electric energy is output upward through the 35KV cable line.

Structural features
• The box transformer is divided into four parts: transformer body, high-voltage room, low-voltage room, fuse and switch operation room, which can be arranged in the shape of "目" or "品";
• The high-voltage side adopts terminal load switch plus fuse protection, and the fuse is a full-range current-limiting protection fuse;
• The load switch and fuse are installed in the transformer oil tank, using the transformer's insulating oil as the insulating medium and heat dissipation medium, which has the advantages of compact structure and good heat dissipation performance;
• The high-voltage side outlet adopts a high-voltage dry-type bushing to support the copper busbar structure, which can facilitate the connection of multiple cables. The low-voltage side outlet can be directly outlet or configured with a low-voltage outlet solution according to user requirements;
• The box transformer door adopts windproof hinges, and the door has sealing measures and door seals;
• The box body is a sealed structure, and the box cover is sealed with concealed high-strength bolts and oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets. There are no exposed and removable bolts in the entire box body;
• The box body is all painted, and has strong outdoor weather resistance.
