Product Description

Product introduction

This series of products is used to directly reduce 20kV and 35k grid power supply to 4OOV distribution power supply or 10k√ transmission power supply to provide power to users. Due to its significant advantages, it is used in more and more projects. Its main advantages are: reducing land occupation and multi-level substation construction, which has significant social benefits; saving project investment and improving economic benefits; reducing 10kV power transmission and transformation links, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs; using high voltage and small current instead Low-voltage and high-current power transmission reduces line losses and line operating costs; 35kV and 2OkV power supplies directly enter the power center, effectively improving the reliability of power supply.

Product features:
The SC(B)3 series 2OKV and 35kV non-excitation voltage-regulating dry-type transformers produced by our company are low-loss products that meet the requirements of national standards GB6450, GB/T10228 and IEC726, and have the following characteristics:

◆ High performance and low loss, it is a replacement product for the 9-type series.

◆ High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected, and the magnetic flux density is greatly reduced, the magnetostriction of silicon steel sheets during operation is reduced, and the noise is effectively reduced.

◆ The high-voltage coil structure is optimized, the distribution of interlayer voltage and capacitance is improved, and the product's ability to withstand atmospheric overvoltage and operating overvoltage impact is greatly improved. At the same time, the electric field distribution is also improved, and the partial discharge of the product is further reduced.

◆ It can be configured with a temperature control system and an air cooling device, and the fan cooling device is automatically started when the load is too large, effectively improving the overload capacity of the equipment.
